Every day, someone on your order desk opens an Excel or PDF order, looks up each customer code, checks the agreed price and types it all into the ERP. It is precise work, done by people who should be helping customers.

We go through your order flow with the people who do the work and collect a sample of real orders. You get a written plan, an estimate of the time it saves and a fixed-price quote.

Is this just another AI tool that reads emails?
No. Reading the document is the easy part. We do the part that takes your team time: matching customer codes to your articles and checking prices against your agreements.
Does it work with our ERP?
Most likely. We build on your ERP’s standard API or import, and we confirm it in the Quick Scan, before you commit to a project.
We don’t have an ERP. Can you still help?
Yes. Then we build it for you: an order, stock and invoicing system designed around how you work, or a standard ERP set up and connected end to end.
Where is our data stored?
In the EU. We sign a data processing agreement with you, and we only use AI services that process your data in the EU and do not train on it.
What happens when the system isn’t sure?
It does not guess. A line it cannot match, or a price that does not agree, goes to your team with the reason shown. Nothing enters your ERP without passing the checks you set.
Do our customers have to change how they order?
No. They keep sending what they send today: the same Excel files, PDFs and emails.
How long until it runs?
The Quick Scan takes 1–2 weeks. We plan [4–6] weeks for a pilot after that.
Who do we call when something goes wrong?
One of the three of us, by name. With a Care Plan we monitor it and fix problems on Dutch working days, [hours].
What about the EU AI Act?
Order and invoice processing is not on the AI Act’s list of high-risk uses. We still document what the system does, log every decision and show your team how it works.
